At Davidshof, we strive for satisfied customers. Below you will find our return policy.

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product.

2. Exceptions

Please note: flowers, plants, and other perishable products fall under the legal exception to the right of withdrawal. These products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or delivered incorrectly.

Personalized products also cannot be returned.

3. Return Conditions

Returned products must:

• Be unused

• Be in original condition

• Be sent back in original packaging if possible

4. Return Procedure

Send an email to info@davidshof.com with:

• Your name

• Order number

• Reason for return

After confirmation, you will receive further instructions.

5. Refund

After receiving and checking the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Damaged Delivery

If a product arrives damaged, please report this within 48 hours of receipt via info@davidshof.com, including photos of the product and the packaging.
